Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Availability: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Payment: Payment is required to confirm your booking. Sessions will not begin until payment is received. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling are accepted up to 12 hours before the session. - All bookings are non-refundable, but you may transfer your session to a different time or choose another service, depending on availability. Rescheduled sessions depend on availability. 4. Session Guidelines: Online readings are conducted via Google Meet. A link will be sent to your email upon booking. Ensure you have a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone if needed. Please find a quiet, private space for your session to minimize distractions. 5. Confidentiality: Your reading and personal information will remain confidential. Recordings are not permitted without prior consent. 6. Disclaimer: Tarot readings are for guidance purposes.
